Varionet: a website for glasses we love.
Some would rejoice at the change, but not me. I had bought them on the Varionet website, and I loved them. I had three pairs. Three different pairs for different uses and designs.
Pairs suited to my activities, my face, my vision, my mood, and fashion.
Today, I need to change them. It's not a whim; my glasses need to be readjusted to my vision, and from wearing them and cleaning them sometimes carelessly with a paper towel, they are damaged, scratched, and worn out. Far be it from me to want to fuel the consumer society's circuit. But I am changing, my vision is changing. I have to admit and accept that I must part with my glasses.
